Every partner who carries a person or a parcel is verified before they begin. Requirements differ by country and are confirmed at onboarding.

Journeys and deliveries leave a record: route, timing and proof of delivery, held against the booking rather than in a chat thread.

Payments run on a double-entry ledger. Every movement has a matching entry, so balances reconcile by construction.

Incidents can be reported through the app or support, and are recorded. Insurance cover differs by country and is published on each country page.
