CitiGo targets WCAG 2.2 AA.

This site is built to WCAG 2.2 AA: keyboard operable throughout, visible focus, labelled controls, sufficient contrast, and content that reflows to 320px without horizontal scrolling.

Motion respects prefers-reduced-motion, and the site is usable with JavaScript disabled — the menus degrade to links and the launcher degrades to country and service pages rather than failing.

Accessibility preferences you set on your account — step-free journeys, assistance on arrival, communication preferences — are applied every time rather than re-entered.
