Rent what you need, when you need it

Vehicles, property, workspace, tools and equipment.

Renting is usually several disconnected transactions: one company for the van, another for the tools, a third for the storage. CitiGo puts them on one account, with the deposit, contract and condition record held in the same place.

How Rent works

  1. Find what you needFiltered by dates, location and what the rental has to do.
  2. Complete the checksIdentity verification, and a deposit where the partner requires one.
  3. Record the conditionPhotographs at handover and at return, held against the rental.
  4. Return and settleDeposit released against the condition record, not a dispute.

What protects you

  • Verified suppliers. Registration and insurance checked before listing.
  • Terms before payment. Deposit, excess, insurance and late-return rules stated up front.
  • Condition evidence. Photographs at both ends, so a disagreement has facts.
  • Disputes go to a person. With the contract and the condition record attached.

Rentals may require identity verification, a deposit, a signed contract, insurance, condition evidence at handover and return, and eligibility set by the individual supplier — a minimum age, or a licence held for a minimum period, for example. Requirements differ by country and by supplier, and are shown before you pay.
