Tell CitiGo what you need

Choose your country and the service. Some services complete online from start to finish; the rest are picked up by CitiGo operations or a verified partner. You get a reference number either way.

We ask for your street address later. City and region are enough to find the right partner; the exact address is collected only if it is needed to carry the service out, and is shared with a partner only after they are assigned and you have agreed.

What happens after you submit

  1. You get a referenceShown on screen straight away. Quote it to support and they can see the request.
  2. It becomes a work itemQueued for CitiGo operations or routed to a verified partner in your country.
  3. You get a response by a stated dateShown with your reference, and set by how the service is fulfilled.
  4. You stay in controlCancel with your reference and email, or raise a dispute through support.
